1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty on products sold on berkley-fishingmall.com against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of original purchase. The warranty period varies by product category:

  • Fishing Rods & Reels: Covered for 1 Year.

  • Tackle, Line, and Equipment (Electronic Gear): Covered for 1 Year.

  • All Other Products (Bait, Apparel, Accessories): Covered for 60 Days.

This warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers the repair or replacement, at our sole discretion, of any product that fails to function due to a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or weathering.

  • Improper use, abuse, mishandling, accident, or neglect.

  • Incorrect assembly, maintenance, or storage.

  • Modification, alteration, or repair attempted by anyone not authorized by Berkley Fishing Mall.

  • Use of the product for commercial or tournament purposes (unless otherwise stated).

  • Consumable parts (e.g., worn line, used bait, damaged hooks).

  • Cosmetic damage that does not impair functionality.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and, if covered under this warranty, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Return: You are responsible for securely packaging the product and shipping it to the address we provide, along with the RMA number. We recommend using a trackable service. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us for warranty assessment.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product to verify the defect is covered.

5. Resolution
If the defect is confirmed and covered:

  • We will, at our option, either repair the product, replace it with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or issue a refund based on the original purchase price.

  • We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.

  • The time for repair or replacement may vary depending on parts availability and product seasonality.

6. Limitation of Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BERKLEY FISHING HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by location.
