All orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to verify and prepare it for shipment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your package is on its way.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with trusted national carriers such as the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The specific carrier and available shipping methods for your order will be displayed at checkout and are determined by your shipping address, the size/weight of your items, and our service agreements.
3. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times begin once your order has been picked up by the carrier, as indicated by the "shipped" notification and active tracking. Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Berkley Fishing Mall. Transit times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather events, and incorrect shipping addresses.
Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days in transit.
Expedited Shipping Options: Faster services (e.g., 2-Day, Overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided during checkout.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the selected shipping method, your delivery destination, and the total weight and dimensions of the products in your cart. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States. We do not offer international shipping or ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
6. Order Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and to be available to receive the shipment. We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to an incorrect address or after delivery confirmation is provided by the carrier.
7. Changes, Delays & Issues
Address Changes: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to correct your shipping address. We can only modify the address before the order has been processed and shipped.
Carrier Delays: While rare, carrier delays can occur. If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us, and we will help initiate a trace with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. For any packages lost in transit or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
